Event Description:
The Henry County Historical Society is excited for their 16th Annual Living History Encampment during the Henry County Fair! The theme for this year is Small Town Communities and will include a timeline re-enactment. Together these units and troops will create period encampments which will feature hands on demonstrations, crafts, games, musket demonstrations and more!

The event is family friendly and includes tours of the Henry County Historical Society's historic complex: 1897 One-room Schoolhouse, Nathaniel Hartman Log Home, our historic 1910 Gazebo, and the gardens and grounds of our historic site.

The re-enactment and buildings open at 11:00p.m. and close at dusk.
