Event Description:
May's Fireside Chat at the historic Nathaniel Hartman Log Home will feature former President of the Fallen Timbers Battlefield Commission Dave Westrick. Dave will speak on the history of the French who came into the Great Black Swamp and highlight sites along the Maumee River. The talk will include background history on the French and their interactions with the land, natural resources, and Native Americans.

This is an HCHS fundraiser with limited seating: Admission will be taken on the front porch of the Nathaniel Hartman Log Home. Light snacks and drinks will be served.
